Much ado about ice
I’ve officially been bugged into this by Buddy, but well without her constant egging it would have taken me much longer to get started.
Officially in Connecticut for 4 days now. It was minus 7 degrees Celcius when we got in 1am Sat morning but evidence that spring is just around the corner: the snow is starting to melt and the birds started chirping since Monday.
The roads are icy and slippery and I nearly fell a few times during a walk this morning (to throw the trash and check the letterbox). More ice at home too, as the hubby and i snapped up 3 tubs of Ben & Jerry’s at Target in the evening. Heh, $2.74 a tub… who could resist?!
